Sterilization flat reel/roll is made of high-quality materials, IE 60 GSM Medical Grade Paper (MGP) sealed on 2 sides with Multilayered 56 GSM Laminated Cast Poly Propylene (MLCPP), to form a tube to withstand the high temperatures and pressures of sterilization processes.

Available in an extensive range of widths and lengths as per the requisition. with or without Colour changing Chemical Indicators of Steam/ETO.

Customization of size (Width) and Client Label Printing is Possible with an MOQ.

• The Chevron (V-Shaped) or Straight Lined Head at the bottom gives it a shape of the pouch which is easy to open.
• The heat seal/flat medical grade pouch keeps the product clean and sterile once packed. Suitable for steam/ETO Sterilization for all Disposable Medical Equipments.
• Triple band seal creates three independent barriers to contamination, while reducing the risk of fiber tear. Strong and secure side seal protects against instrument breaching.
• High quality porous 60 GSM Medical Grade Paper.
• Reinforced Transparent, multilayer cast Poly Proplyne film to avoid tear during opening and allows easy identification. It is puncture-resistant, non-tearing Natural/blue green tinted film.
• All imprints are located outside the packing area to prevent ink pigment migration to the product.
• Clean, fiber-free separation of paper and film, when opened, ensures safe presentation of sterile products.
